This young man was born without lateral incisor teeth but the spaces had closed so there wasn’t room to put the missing teeth in. We, therefore, used Invisalign® to straighten the teeth and open up space in the lateral incisor areas. Finally, we whitened the teeth and used composite bonding material to build two fibre reinforced composite bridges to replace the missing laterals.
