This lady felt her teeth were tiny and she was born without lateral incisor teeth. Managing her bite was a challenge here as she had a crossbite at the front and ideally she should have had traditional orthodontic treatment as a teenager. We decided to first whiten her teeth a little. We then carried out a digital smile design which she loved so we rebuilt her bite and the teeth to the new design using composite bonding to ten teeth.
Today, he brought my smile back and I will always be grateful.
