This gentleman wanted to improve his smile. He had what is known as an open bite where the anterior teeth don’t touch. As an adult, it is very difficult to fix. This patient wasn’t after perfection but he just wanted it to be less noticeable so we fist whitened the teeth. We then carried out composite bonding to the upper and lower front six teeth to transform the smile and reduce the open bite.
Today, he brought my smile back and I will always be grateful.
