This elderly lady had an accident that resulted in her heavily restored upper teeth, which were carrying bridges, breaking. This meant her upper teeth were not saveable. We removed all the upper teeth and on the same day placed six dental implants and a full arch temporary implant bridge to give her new teeth in a day. After a few months the initial temporary bridge was replaced with a permanent implant bridge to give her a fantastic new smile and bite
