This gentleman had a heavily restored mouth with lots of visible fillings and tooth wear. He also didn’t like the crowns on his front teeth. In addition, his lower teeth were very crowded and he had a bridge at the front of the mouth which had visible metal. We began his rehabilitation by first straightening his lower teeth using Invisalign®. Then we carried out a comprehensive design to rebuild the bite. We carried out composite bonding to the lower front six teeth and a combination of ceramic onlays and replacement crowns to the back teeth. Finally, we replaced his front teeth crowns with more aesthetic all-ceramic ones.
Today, he brought my smile back and I will always be grateful.
