This young lady was born without an upper left lateral incisor tooth and she had a Maryland metal bridge that was visible. She also had a small lateral incisor on the other side which had a small veneer on it. In addition she didn’t like the gap between the teeth.To transform her smile we initially performed a gum lift to even the gum levels and a bone graft and implant placement in the site of the missing tooth. We then carried out some whitening and provided a replacement veneer and composite bonding to close the midline gap. Finally, we provided a dental implant with a crown for the missing tooth.
Today, he brought my smile back and I will always be grateful.
